Landing your first job is an important milestone, but what does it take to find and maintain long-term career satisfaction?  We will hear from women at Google, New York University, and Columbia University who will share insight and advice drawn from their years of experience. Topics will include confidence, choosing who to work with, and dealing with bias throughout your career. The symposium will consist of talks, Q/A sessions, and a panel discussion.
