Few important items to read before filling out the form:

• Teachers should use this form to register all of their students at once.
• Spaces fill up quickly, please register ASAP (Registration starts on 9/25/2015 and ends on 10/25/2015).
• Your school may nominate up to 8 girls (max) to participate in this event. We request that teachers(at least one teacher) accompany their students to this event.
• Make sure to RSVP for this event before the deadline on 10/25/2015!
• Expect to hear from us by 11/1/ 2015 regarding your school's participation in this event!
